Football has always been a central part of my life — not just as a coach, but as someone passionate about developing players, connecting talent with opportunity, and helping athletes and coaches tell their stories to the right people.
With many years of coaching experience at both club and representative levels in Ireland, I’ve been fortunate to work with young footballers across a variety of competitive environments. From grassroots to elite-level youth tournaments, I’ve committed my career to helping players unlock their potential, build confidence, and take the steps necessary to progress in the game.

I am an experienced youth football coach and talent connector with a passion for developing players and creating opportunities within the game. As Co-Owner of SportsProsConnect Football and Founder of Player Profile, I combine grassroots coaching experience with innovative digital platforms to help players showcase their talent and connect with clubs around the world.
My coaching journey has taken me to some of the most prestigious youth football tournaments, including the SuperCup NI, All-Ireland Inter-Leagues, and the Kennedy Cup. I’ve also had the opportunity to lead teams and coach in international tournaments across Spain, Scotland, and other locations, gaining valuable experience and perspective from different footballing cultures. A personal highlight includes winning the Foyle Cup, a testament to the hard work and dedication of both players and coaches involved.
One of the most fulfilling aspects of my career has been witnessing the success of players I’ve worked with. Several of them have progressed into League of Ireland academies, with some now pushing for places in first teams — a clear reminder of the importance of development, mentorship, and creating the right environment for young players to thrive.
In addition to my coaching roles, I held the position of Head of Underage Coaching at Lifford Celtic, a well-respected club here in Donegal. This role gave me the chance to build and oversee youth coaching structures that focused on long-term development rather than short-term results. Most recently, I’ve taken on the position of Senior Team Manager at the club, where I continue to work with a mix of emerging and established talent.
Beyond the pitch, I’ve always believed in using innovation to support footballers’ progression. That’s what led me to create Player Profile — a digital platform that allows athletes and coaches to build professional, easy-to-share online profiles. These profiles act as modern football CVs, giving players the tools they need to showcase their highlights, achievements, stats, and career ambitions directly to clubs, scouts, and scholarship programmes. Whether you’re a player seeking new opportunities or a coach looking to build your own brand, Player Profile offers a powerful way to get noticed and make the right connections.
Alongside my work with Player Profile, I am also proud to serve as Co-Owner of SportsProsConnect Football, where we work to connect players and coaches with clubs, agents, and trials worldwide. Through this venture, I’ve further expanded my network and understanding of the global football landscape, helping players from Ireland and beyond find opportunities in Europe, the USA, and other markets.

Experience
Over the years, I’ve built up a strong foundation in youth football coaching and development, starting at the grassroots level and progressing into more senior and representative roles. My coaching career began with a deep involvement at Lifford Celtic, a well-established club in Donegal, where I served as Head of Underage Coaching. In this role, I was responsible for designing and implementing coaching programmes across all youth age groups, ensuring a consistent and progressive development pathway. I was later appointed Senior Team Manager, where I’ve led the first team through competitive league campaigns, while maintaining a clear connection between underage development and senior-level performance.
Beyond the club environment, I’ve worked extensively with representative sides, coaching at top youth tournaments such as the SuperCup NI, Kennedy Cup, and All-Ireland Inter-League competitions. These roles involved working with some of the most promising young players in the country, preparing them for high-stakes environments and helping them transition to academy and elite-level football. My coaching experiences have also taken me internationally, including tournaments in Spain, Scotland, and other parts of Europe — broadening my perspective and equipping me with the knowledge to mentor players aspiring to compete on a bigger stage.
