About Me
I am a reliable, positive and proactive professional who applies myself 100% to each role I undertake. I have developed an exceptional track record of getting more responsibilities at the clubs I have ever been at due to my work rate, professionalism and interpersonal skills.
My leadership & personality style has been described as collected, mature and even professor-like .
But the area which I have excelled the most, due to a passion for it , is development assisted by video and data analysis . Most relevant to this would be my role as a U16s head coach of the girls team and first team analyst in Jönköpings Södra IF in 2023 and my current role as Assistant Coach & Analyst Women Elitettan for Gamla Upsala SK. These are tasks that I thrive in and love to do everything from the video analysis, reports ,IDPs and helping out in the day to day with the training.
As evidence of this I would point at that the collection of data, video & analysis courses , sought out and paid for by myself, from amongst others Statsbomb, hudl & even a course at my local university as early as 2021. I have at 3 different clubs create all the team analysis, KPI´s, systems and workflow from scratch. Often outside my original work duties. This is due to my fundamental belief in the strength and positive effects on players development through video & data feedback analysis.
As a person I play Football Manager, shocking I know, and watch procedural dramas to relax. I love to make people laugh and believe in themselves more . As I strive to have a positive impact on the people around me daily.
