Liam is a ball playing central defender who can also play in central midfield. At 6ft 4in he is tall, athletic and quick. He is comfortable in possession and can play off of both feet equally. He prefers to play on the left hand side of the defence and has a very good range of passing which can help play a variety of styles depending what the team needs. Liam is also a leader, he organises and commands his team from the back providing information for his team-mates. He is aerially dominant and comfortable defending 1v1 in both central and wide areas.

Playing experience
Trialled as a teenager at the academies of, Millwall FC, Ipswich Town, West Ham United & Watford FC.
Played 1st Team Senior football for, Basildon United, East Thurrock United, Grays Athletic & Heybridge Swifts in the Isthmian League.
About me
I spent time as a teenager in and out of different academies on trials. Though I didn’t get signed it gave me the desire to want to pursue a full time career in football. After my last trial with Watford u21’s when I was 17 I decided to pursue senior football to help me develop my skills and prepare me for the demands of the game. I have since played more than 50 games at a senior level and this has helped to toughen me up and develop my physicality while learning to become aerially dominant. I am looking for an opportunity to play full time football and experience different cultures so I can grow personally and professionally.
