Chris Dunnion – Co-Owner SPCF

I am an experienced youth football coach and talent connector with a passion for developing players and creating opportunities within the game.

As Co-Owner of SportsProsConnect Football and Founder of Player Profile, I combine grassroots coaching experience with innovative digital platforms to help players showcase their talent and connect with clubs around the world.

Football has always been a central part of my life — not just as a coach, but as someone passionate about developing players, connecting talent with opportunity, and helping athletes and coaches tell their stories to the right people.

Eelco Schattorie – Coach

Dutch UEFA Pro Coach with over 25 years of extensive experience in professional football, boasting a successful career spanning Europe, Africa, and Asia. Proven versatility showcased through roles as Head Coach, Technical Director, Technical Director of Youth, Assistant Coach, and Youth Coach.

My proactive and tactically intelligent approach reflects a profound understanding of the evolving dynamics within the modern football landscape.

Philip Connolly – Coach

I am a highly ambitious and forward-thinking UEFA Elite Youth A and UEFA A Licensed Manager and Coach who has cultivated a proven track record in player development and displayed a commitment to youth development through coaching roles in the Republic of Ireland.

During the course of my coaching career I have accumulated a wealth of experience and a portfolio of achievements across Academy coaching and I have demonstrated a proficiency in the design and development of innovative coaching syllabuses.

My coaching methodology has contributed to the progression of numerous players through age-group squads into the first team environment; I have displayed communication, leadership and organisational skills to drive the progression of players I coach.

Possessing strong interpersonal skills, I excel in building and nurturing relationships crucial to maximising individuals’ natural competencies within the complex dynamics of football environments and helping others succeed on and off the pitch by nurturing good people, to implementing crucial life values.

My coaching career has taken me from the English Premier League system, where I worked with elite youth players at Norwich City and Watford FC, to international collaborations with top academies like AFC Ajax, Dinamo Zagreb

Barry Faust – Ultimate Sports Network (USN)

I’m Barry Faust, 6 years ago I set up Ultimate Sports Networks and Ultimate Football Networks to try and help people in football and sport worldwide.

Im not from the sporting world but I like helping people so in 2018 I set up a volunteer scouts network for scouts to help each other and to help clubs find players.

We have now set up over 22 networks for people in football and sport around the world.

Rob McKay – Coach

UEFA B Licence Coach | Head Coach of University of Manchester Women’s Football | Author of Maximise Your Training Sessions – Football Practices for Ever-Changing Numbers and Spaces | Duktig Brand Ambassador.

Having been appointed as the Head Coach of Women’s Football at the University of Manchester in 2019 I have overseen 4 winning seasons and a graduation rate of over 90%. Despite offering no scholarships nor offering degrees a number of UOM Alumni have gone on to enjoy careers in professional and international football. Additionally, as a university we have increased the number of players playing 11-a-side by 25% and driven the number of players who play recreationally. We now field 4 teams consisting of more than 100 players.

Sophie Brundin – Player

Currently playing in Spain for Málaga CF, after 1 year in Italy with Sassuolo, 4 years in the USA at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and experience at Sweden’s elite level earlier in my career. My greatest strength lies in 1vs1 defence, where I excel thanks to my top speed.

My football journey has taken me across several countries and competitive levels, shaping me into the versatile and resilient player I am today. I am currently playing in Spain for Málaga CF, where I continue to develop my skills and adapt to the demands of high-level competition. Representing Málaga has allowed me to immerse myself in Spanish football culture, known for its technical finesse and tactical depth.

Evan Vanderheijden – Coach

Irish 22-year-old Sports Management & Coaching student & coach-analyst in SETU Carlow. Working towards the UEFA B Licence, my current role is as a coach with DLR Waves WU17s who compete in the LOI Academy.

In terms of my values & principles, I believe in a holistic approach to the development of young players, providing them with clear, detailed, and specific information centred on the needs of both the team as a whole and the individual. Over the past 6 years, I have held numerous roles in football, learning and improving from each experience.

Achmed Tourkazi – Player

Dutch footballer currently playing in Germany, with experience competing around the third division level in the Netherlands.

Known for my speed, physical presence, tactical intelligence, and strong passing ability. My consistent development and work ethic allowed me to compete against top clubs such as Ajax, Bayern Munich, Arsenal, Benfica, and Anderlecht. I’ve attracted interest from several clubs in the past such as Feyenoord and PSV, and earned a trial abroad through continued exposure and performance.

Andy Burgess – CEO

I am an experience football industry professional having worked across many different areas of clubs at different levels of the pyramid.

A former professional player with over 400 career games, the knowledge I gained from representing special clubs has allowed me to help develop structures, environments, processes and cultures within both academy and senior settings at Premier League, Football League and National League clubs.

I have performed both manager and assistant manager roles within non-league clubs, was the Head of First Team Recruitment at Mansfield Town in League Two and more recently held the position of Head of Football Operations before moving up to Chief Operating Officer and running the Club entirely, at Southport Football Club.

Omar Cham – Coach

My name is Omar Cham from the Gambia, currently the Head Coach of Gambian Dutch Lions FC a first division club, and the assistant Head Coach of Gambia women senior national team, and founder of Demba Du football Academy. I have been into coaching for many years now, 15 years very active in the sports till now.

I have a great passion for football, and developing soccer players to reach their peak performance it’s very important to me.

Players that pass through me some end up playing for the national team in various categories and up to professional football clubs, which to me is a great success.
